These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55jj ("55jj," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55jj platform, website located at https://55jj.asia, and all associated gaming services, sportsbook products, promotional programs, and support services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 55jj website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You have read and agree to the 55jj Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in using the Services.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. 55jj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use the 55jj Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 55jj enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to applicable verification procedures.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the 55jj platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, 55jj reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any changes occur.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether through 55jj or any other gambling platform or regulatory program.

55jj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55jj may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 55jj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms;
• Enable SMS-based or authenticator-app two-factor authentication, which is strongly recommended by 55jj;
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 55jj's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

55jj will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials, failed to maintain adequate security, or failed to notify 55jj promptly of a suspected breach. However, 55jj will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate remedial action where possible.

All financial transactions on the 55jj platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK interbank transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 55jj account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 55jj does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any bonus wagering requirements attached to the player's balance have been fully satisfied;
• 55jj aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 24 hours for bank transfer methods;
• 55jj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible (anti-money laundering compliance).

55jj reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of the reason for any such decision where disclosure is legally permissible.

55jj offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each offer's promotional terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed at lower odds do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled by the expiry date will be cancelled. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per player at any time.
• Bonus Abuse: 55jj actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus funds. 55jj reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

All bets placed on 55jj's sportsbook, including cricket betting markets covering the PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the 55jj system and a bet reference number has been issued;
• 55jj reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable error"), including where odds were materially different from the correct market price due to a technical or human error;
• In-play bets are accepted at 55jj's discretion. Odds for in-play markets are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are binding;
• 55jj reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, player, or event at its sole discretion;
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 55jj's specific event rules for that sport, which are published in the sportsbook help section.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games such as Shade Dragon Fishing, and skill-based titles such as Mines Gold — are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing processes. Results are final once the game round has concluded and no disputes will be entertained on the basis of alleged unfair outcomes in certified games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55jj platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have directly or indirectly participated in fixing or influencing the outcome;
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features;
• Money Laundering: Using the 55jj platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their criminal origin;
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one player account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while retaining any winnings or bonus funds received;
• Hacking & Exploits: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the 55jj platform or its underlying technology in any unauthorised manner.

55jj is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of the time spent gaming during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, accounts cannot be reactivated under any circumstances, including by contacting customer support.
• Cool-Off Period: Players who wish to take a short break without full self-exclusion may request a temporary cooling-off period of up to 30 days.

All content on the 55jj platform — including but not limited to the 55jj brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55jj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55jj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 55jj content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 55jj software;
• Use 55jj's brand, name, logo, or any associated intellectual property for commercial purposes;
• Create derivative works based on any 55jj content.

Any breach of this Section will result in immediate termination of your licence and account, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55jj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were in place;
• Interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the platform including during live betting events;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or results that have been independently verified and certified;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, promotional material, or content published on the 55jj platform;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 55jj's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

55jj collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 55jj Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance;
• Processing of financial transactions and fraud prevention;
• Personalisation of your gaming experience and promotional offers;
• Customer support and dispute resolution;
• Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

55jj will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studios) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to binding data processing agreements.

Termination by Player: You may close your 55jj account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be addressed. Verified balances with no attached conditions will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

Termination by 55jj: 55jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that eligibility requirements were not met at registration or have since ceased to be met;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or prohibited behaviour;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 24 months).

Where an account is closed by 55jj due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account — including deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited in full. 55jj will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible.

55jj reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55jj will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the 55jj website at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 55jj Services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming laws applicable to 55jj's operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute relating to your 55jj account, transactions, game outcomes, or these Terms, you agree to follow the process below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to 55jj's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your account ID, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. 55jj will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Internal Review: 55jj will conduct an internal review of your complaint and provide a written resolution within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 55jj's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent regulatory authority or dispute resolution body as communicated to you at the time of the decision.

You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective claims, and representative proceedings against 55jj are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
